Reciprocal Altruism
Feelings are like tentacles.
Emotions are the stories.
Suction cup attraction.
Multiple narratives to grasp at once.
All with a twist. All with a sharp beak of fate or fortune.
We see more of what we want to see.
Circling back to what we were searching for in the first place. A
never ending process only to discover an illusion or mask of one's self.
Like looking in a mirror.
What an insane and necessary duality we tend to ACT OUT. Acting out a story we
fall victim to believing.
How fickle we are in being a character in our own crafted
conditioned narrative.
Mimicking images of hero's both dead and distorted. Living in the
death of the past with the other foot conveniently in the shallow uncertainty
of the future.
Well, it seems pretty
obvious what we are missing. That in between "space" we like to call
the present or the "now". Highly conceptualized to a degree that we
think or believe exists.
How exhausting it can be to move within time and space. All
constructed and all imagined. Only here for what seems to be a blip of time.
Boom. It's already gone and now you are here.
Energy constantly moving converting to energy.
Once again, never ending. Some might call it eternal. A construct
of the present if you will. As we can see the "Now" is always here.
When we return to "it", we can see it's eternity.
